Powys Library Card Competition / Cystadleuaeth Cerdyn Llyfrgell Powys

Powys Libraries are running a competition to design a new library card! The competition theme is ‘Libraries’, and is open to anyone aged between 4 and 16. For more information see the competition guidelines below.
