Don’t Do It Alone

There are some things in life you might want to keep to yourself. Like singing embarrassing song lyrics or talking with your cat or... you get the picture!

But when it comes to mental health problems, you should never deal with it alone.

#Don’tDoItAlone is a campaign run by Kooth, the UK’s leading digital mental health platform for under 18s. Young people can access Kooth free of charge, whilst staying completely anonymous.

Builth Campus Pupil Wellbeing Ambassador Scheme

Congratulations to all the pupils that interviewed for a role as a Pupil Wellbeing Ambassador. The interviews were exceptional, and we are pleased to announce that 9 Ambassadors were selected. The ambassadors will be trained as peer mentors and will generate ideas to promote good wellbeing across the campus.
